Jogos de trabalho - melhorando a eficácia do time de forma descontraída e animada

Venha participar de uma palestra que nos desafia a entender as motivações humanas, as mesmas para a vida e no trabalho. Paulo Caroli
M.S. em Engenharia de Software pela PUC-Rio, Agile Coach e Delivery Manager da ThoughtWorks Brasil, Paulo Caroli possui duas décadas de experiência em desenvolvimento de software com passagem em várias corporações no Brasil, Índia e EUA. Desde 2000, Caroli tem focado sua experiência em processos e práticas de Gestão e Desenvolvimento Ágil usando XP, Scrum, Kanban e outros. É sempre palestrante convidado em vários eventos grandes no Brasil e no exterior e também autor de diversos artigos. Foi o idealizador e um dos criadores, além de ser palestrante desde 2009 do Agile Brazil, um dos maiores eventos de desenvolvimento de software da América Latina.

AgileDay at Porto Alegre

Porto Alegre has an amazing Agile community. Many of the Agile people in Brazil live in this city.

The GUMA AgileDay is a clear indication of this high concentration of Agilistas.

Tomorrow, 200 hundred people will get together to talk about Agile. Many of hte sessions are a replay of the AgileBrazil 2012 sessions.

Gladly, tomorrow I will be joining the presenters and will repeat the workshop on Agile RetrospectiveActivities.

Agile Brazil 2012

Another great Agile Brazil! This year, the main Agile conference on South America happened in São Paulo, from September 4^th-7 ^th.

Agile Brazil is the most relevant conference regarding Agile Development Methodologies in Brazil and it is driven by the Agile community leaders from all regions of the country, sharing the same goal: foster and spread the Agile culture.

Aiming to be the largest community driven conference in the whole Southern Hemisphere, the organizers put together relevant leading companies and experienced Agile professionals in the Brazilian market, plus some of the most skilled agile practitioners. Participants had the opportunity of sharing and deepening their knowledge through courses, lectures, workshops, case studies, debates, and much more!

My special thanks to Thoughtworks for organizing and fostering so many co-workers to get together in such great environment! Agile in the Large-scale GSD: Success or Sudden Death?

Today is the first day of the ICGSE 2012, the7th IEEE International Conference on Global Software Development which is happening at Porto Alegre, Brazil.

In an hour, I will be participating on a panel about Agile in the Large-scale GSD.

The panel discussions will be led by Albert Avritzer from Siemens.

The panel is bringing academics and industry leaders together. Here are the panelists:

Teresa Maciel ‏and her team organized another amazing event: Agilidade na Prática 2012.
